Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet handles our HR processes inclusive of timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, performance management, and some learning. Specific to organizational development initiatives, TriNet has been able to organize performance reviews, goal setting, and training. We utilize review templates, goals, and the LMS authoring tool as well as TriNet's off-the-shelf library of training courses.

Cons
- A more robust feedback feature with the ability to build feedback templates
- Ability to add custom termination reasons
- Biometric login to timekeeping app
- Payroll has not always been accurate and caused us to spend more time scrutinizing the payroll register prior to submission
- Goals will help employees set common and stretch goals with their manager
- Performance reviews will get the company off of using spreadsheets
- ADP TotalSource, ADP Resource (Discontinued) and Justworks
TriNet offered us a huge financial incentive to switch to their PEO. Benefit costs seem to be more expensive than competitors.
