Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Multi state employees, we use TriNet to cover all those out of state items.

Pros

  • Multi state HR
  • Benefits
  • Pto tracking

Cons

  • More robust explanations or SOPs portal usage like creating reports
  • Has let us focus on the core business
  • The mass import or excel onboarding sheet has always given us issues
Overall fairly easy to use
TriNet staff has been very helpful in addressing questions we have had
Smaller business feel, a lot more attentive fees seem comparable
