Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We have a small non-profit with 2 employees at the moment and needed a time tracking app that works with employees out in the field.
  • Integrates with QuickBooks which saves time doing payroll
  • TSheets allows for customization of fields to remind employees to provide this information to the payroll department
  • Tsheets has a very easy to use app
  • Excellent customer service and very helpful staff
I selected TSheets to integrate with QuickBooks.
TSheets is well suited for employee time tracking and importing into QuickBooks, but lacks the ability to integrate expense reimbursements at this time.

Evaluating TSheets and Competitors

Yes - Prior to becoming an employee, I was using LogMyHours to track my time as an independent contractor. Now that I have become an employee, we needed something that would integrate with QuickBooks for quick payroll processing.

TSheets' user-friendly app and seamless integration with QuickBooks made it the right choice for our organization.
As I found TSheets through QuickBooks, I would probably consult with other people who are currently using the product before deciding. I needed to make a quick decision, so the integration, free trial offer, and the great customer service helped to make a quick decision.

Ryan reached out to me right away upon downloading the trial offer and even extended the trial when I realized we weren't onboarding employees as soon as I thought. He responded to my emails very quickly and put me in touch with Kaitlin for training. She was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Very happy with my experience so far and looking forward to their product making my life easier.

I downloaded the trial offer a few weeks ago and didn't end up using it because we had delayed onboarding employees. I contacted Ryan today and asked him to renew my trial offer, they were more than happy to do so. He contacted me today, I told him I was ready to start using the product and he put me in touch with Kaitlin to get it all set up and conformed to our organization. They were there for me on my time, I did not have to wait to fit in to their schedule. Very happy with the product so far.
