UltiPro has become the company HCM solution. Employees use it across the globe. HR and Finance use it for HRIS system of record, reporting needs and processing Global Payrolls.
- The Reporting suite is top notch. Once you learn how to use the BI tools, the reporting world is endless.
- Payroll runs on demand at any given moment. No more calling your ADP rep to schedule ahead of time. You simply open a new payroll, enter data and process.
- Compliance tools have been wonderful for our organization. We no longer use paper and pen for W4 forms. No employees are able to fill out an invalid form. Local taxes are captured by the smart tax tool.
- Time management needs to be updated. It looks like a product from early 2000's
- Character limits in some places such as job title do not make sense in today's world. this need s to be updated.

Cost of payroll processing globally is down. Time to processing is dramatically down. Single solution administration is a first for us and going very well.
Global payroll through UltiPro and their preferred payroll provider and exponentially better than ADP streamline. There is nothing streamline about that ADP product.

Yes - We replaced ADP WFN, and Streamline. UltiPro offered the best solution to take our company reporting global. Prior to UltiPro, we could not report globally without piecing together many reports from different vendors and accounting firms. UltiPro also enabled us to get uniform reporting globally. Whereas, the formats of our reports from different vendors did not always translate to simple copy and paste. Today, we run a report out of UltiPro and done.

Outside of core HR/payroll in UltiPro, We would have taken a more evaluative approach. Since inceptions, we come to find we did not like the compensation module. Future releases, notification and actually getting the release pushed out is another pain point. They like to show you way to far in advance of whats coming when the release may not be available to you for 2-3 years
