Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used domestically. It solved our time and attendance reporting issue.
  • Customer service being in the US
  • Rapid response when calling customer service
  • BI reporting
  • Taxes - we were promised a named tax representative all to ourselves during the sales process. This is not the case. The answer is always "submit a ticket" and they get to it in about 3 months, all meanwhile interest is accruing on tax issues.
  • Too many nuances within the system that we don't know about until after something has happened. Ex: benefit plan year that isn't a calendar year, how were we to know those goals needed to be reset for FSA? There should be something built into the system on the back end for planing years that are not calendar years.
  • Onboarding and compensation management both need work.
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
The onboarding module has cut down on the time it takes for HR to complete the onboarding process.
We moved from ADP Workforce Now. We selected UltiPro because of it's reporting capabilities.
Pages load quickly, only occasionally do we have issues with a module not being available.
Some days are better than not. I've had cases take less than 5 mins to be resolved all the way to 6 weeks for a time management case where some employees thought they had a bigger balance than they actually did.
Payroll support is always exceptional with their support.
I just feel like there are some ways in which UltiPro can improve upon before jumping into their next adventure like Kronos.

UltiPro Training

I think diving in and learning is the best approach. UltiPro said there was about 17 hours of training we needed to complete before going live but honestly, who has the time for that? It was not possible for any of us to do that.
Again, who has time for 17 hours of training when you are working your regular day job PLUS trying to implement a product with data integrity.
