Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

Great tool! UserTesting allowed me to conduct research studies easily and quickly. After launching a study I can get responses back within 2 hours. The quality of participants is great. The tool allowed me to get valuable feedback from participants and saved me so much time with the unmoderated studies. It is easy to save and share clips, it allowed me to share great clips with my stakeholders when presenting the final report

Whenever I had an issue I contact the the support through the chat or email to get help. I get quick responses and solution to my issues. Also if there is something I'm not sure how to use or set up I would get the immediate help from support team
It is an easy to use tool, and I see improvement all the time. I would like to see more integrates research methods to the tool such as the click test which would make it easier for me to conduct research and being able to have it all in one tool
User Testing is awesome in helping me finding the participants I need for my research. It allows me to set up screeners for the participants that I'm looking for and I always get these participants very quickly. That's really helped me to test our designs quickly and being able to share it with stakeholders in a short time so they can decide on a feature or design that would help improving the product in a less time
User Testing provided me with several research methodologies especially when it comes to qualitative data about users.
It is easy to use and required less learning curve
User Testing offers a high quality panel, it is easy to get the required number of participants for my research studies
