Lots of uses - how long is a piece of string... It's great for all parts of the sales process: prospecting, meeting summaries, proposal wrap-ups, etc. My favorite use is instructional videos - how to. When someone asks a question a video is much quicker and easier to send and digest

Using Vidyard
20 - Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Delivery - everyone uses vidyard for various different reasons. Outside the obvious prospecting and marketing we see a lot of use in answering client questions and creating learning resource for both internal and external use. Many of the team will now record a video instead of a text based email.
5 - Anyone with a basic understanding of technology can use vidyard, realistically requests for support are rare, but we have a number of power users who are there to help the rest of the team if it's needed
