The product is really good and versatile

- Options to move from local managed to cloud managed, without losing config
- See proper traffic views and logs without dimension server
- The GUI can be better

WatchGuard is easily managed and has different features like DHCP within it, which can be managed easily
It wasn't well received because users don't want company apps on phones. Also, they think they are tracked if they have these apps
It's been easy to not remember passwords
