Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
A reliable and cost efficient 2 factor authentication for our customers. Mainly used for MFA VPN access for authenticated users to work remote. Before using WatchGuard AuthPoint, we did not have a good solution for all our customers in using MFA to connect to a VPN. This was preventing us from allowing VPN access to medical users.

- Allow the WatchGuard VPN to have a simple "Push" button instead of making users type a 1 or 0, and then cause the push to appear on the device
- Make the push more apparent/adjust the default notification
- Allowed much more secure data to be accessed remotely and keeping security with MFA VPN
- Allowed us to stress the importance of MFA on customers without causing them a lot of hassle.
AuthPoint is a good merge between Authy and Google Authenticator. Authy has a better push notification system while google auth has a better time based. AuthPoint is a perfect mix between the two, and if you need both, it is the obvious solution. Having integration seamlessly into your firewall makes it the best choice.
I have reset authentication from my home computer as many times as I have done it from my office computer.
This has been one of the easiest setups and rollouts of MFA I have ever experienced. We have doctors and lawyers who do not understand technology who were able to setup their own MFA by following the simple on screen instructions sent to each email.
