Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We majorly used Jabber for team communication and client communication. During my project with Cisco, we used Jabber. It was also used as an employee availability tool during the shifts to see who all are available and who are away at the current time. What I liked about Jabber is its simplicity and user-friendly UI, easy to pin team members, also one can handle the chat history (as how long the chat should or shouldn't remain saved).

- Positive: high availability for business communication.
- Cisco WebEx integration.
- Negative: Mass group communication or what we call group chats. Can be improved.
Due to the high usage of Cisco WebEx and Cisco as our client, we used Cisco jabber for our daily communication. It has good support and is easy to use and I a very light application. No high impact on system boot can be installed quickly. Simple to use and less complex features.
