Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it for our online classroom learning and assessments with both Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD students.

- The license for education industry could be made free or with less subscription
- It went well, especially during the pandemic with our university and we could trust on the Cisco platform for the Webex App
Challenging with the faculty/ employee involvement. Challenges with the senior faculty who could not adapt immediately towards hybrid and online modes of instruction.
There was good and positive impact in this regard for the ongoing online classwork.
That was slightly challenging for us in the education sector; however, it created a positive impact on all of us.
I would say Cisco Webex App is far better than GMeet.
