Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Being a part of the telecom industry Webex calling works like a perfect hi-tech add-on with multiple devices features all together in one. I am using it for all sorts of communications be it chat, calling sharing docs, sharing screens, meetings, etc.
- can join calls or meetings without logging on to my computer
- i can download the transcripts of the meetings for afterwards references
- can add multiple attendees for collaborations and catch-ups also the breakout sessions are very useful
- Integrations are limited.
- Takes time to establish connections
- Little overpriced
- Integration is definitely an issue with webex
- Although it is the perfect tool for remote meetings especially during work from home even via mobiles
- Pricing is an issue for small organizations but for large organizations it is the best and most secure as well

In one line I would say being a cisco product one can undoubtedly rely on Webex and its products. I find it perfect and secure for organizational meetings and training as well. well suited for video conferences within the teams as well as outside the organization securely. also works amazingly for breakout sessions, attendees can be divided into groups.
Webex calling is a tool in which one can get almost every possible feature on a single platform.
