Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Webex Calling helps us maintain close communication because employees can stay connected on their phones or computers.
With the connection to the call manager and Expressway servers, they provide a comprehensive and highly available solution for making or receiving calls.

Pros
- call conferences, like ad-hoc, and met mee
- call transfer functions
- calls to PSTN with FAC, so important to company
Cons
- Bypass the login step for phone services
- Avoid the need to keep desk phones
Webex Calling can be combined with Cisco Contact Center for Help Desk Solutions where the agents can take the calls in another place than their workstation. Another solution is with Cisco Attendant Console, similar to Contact Center, the operators can take the calls in any place, both solutions obviously with a VPN.
It is functional because collaborators can integrate the complete solution for their work areas, also having encryption in calls and messages
In my opinion, it is more practical to use it in the management of spaces and files
