Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Webex in our organizations is utilized for video conference or audio meetings with customers and partners to foster relationships and develop our business. Webex integrates with my email and makes it easy to send meeting invitations to first time contacts or individuals we are regularly meeting with. It has solved the problem of only utilizing phone calls for connecting with customers and creates a much more conjoined effort to meet for both parties.

We are not currently utilizing any other Cisco Collaboration products within our organization.
I feel incredibly settled when stepping into a Webex Calling. It's typically three clicks and I'm in a meeting with little to no issues. Our organization has never had any issues with security. There are also easy and subtle ways including private messaging to speak directly to participants of the calls.
Webex Calling provides additional features and a greater ease of access compared to Microsoft Teams. Though teams is free, the capacity to host larger meetings with professional noise/background cancellation was not present. Webex Calling has a sense of notoriety as well, showing that there was an investment into a solid meeting platform for our customers.
