Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Our business uses this application for daily meetings, educational courses and remote work messages. We utilize Webex Calling as a means to keep in touch with our local and global contacts. It allows professors to teach remotely and students to attend class even if they are sick. Webex Calling proved its use especially during COVID when the campus was shuttered for almost a year.
Pros
- Federated messaging
- Uninterrupted calling
- Provides cost savings
Cons
- Combine the Webex Calling and Webex Meet applications
- Allow for skins for user personalization
- Allow contacts to be added without your contact list
- Lesser cost than Zoom
- Users already know how-to use the app
- Costs can/will come down
This has helped out International offices convert to Webex Calling from on-prem calling services. This has streamlined our calling solution. We are also looking to convert our smaller call centers to the calling option to take the workload off our UCCX System. This is going to help us save tens of thousands of dollars in the long run.
This keeps our calls secure and encrypted. Our Medical center callers are paramount for security, especially when speaking to a doctor or call center to book appointments or pay their bill.
We are trying to keep a uniform style of communications and would like to have it across one platform that is easy to use and simple for users in the long run.
