Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling created the ability to no longer need our on-premise CUCM solution and hard phones. We were able to clean up our overhead costs and datacenter costs as well as reduce the need to have phones and maintenance for the phones. We are able to easily and cleanly set up new agents with no need for provisioning hardware.

Using the full Webex suite and enjoying all the features of Webex Meetings and transcriptions of my calls. I really enjoy the videos feature that allows video recording and creation right on the platform for making training videos for me and my colleagues. Having the multitude of features and functions that Cisco Webex suite comes with along with Calling has been fantastic.
Security and the ability to auto adopt everyone within my organization has been fantastic. Having users who already opened a Webex account with their corporate emails be able to be adopted directly and securely into my tenant without needing to have them re create their accounts has sped up the on-boarding process.
Webex Calling easily stacks up against the competition because Webex Calling is all inclusive inside the Webex. Suite, unlike other companies and providers where you have to piece together. A full solution from 4 different products we've used 12 different web pages to manage your system. The Webex suite is all-encompassing in one single Product and skew and provides a multitude of features for 1 single license.

Calling is a fantastic solution that can take care of most any needs of a business. The only upgrade you would need is if you run a contact center style business or have a group that needs a contact center style system.
