WebPT review
Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I use WebPT to schedule and upload confidential information. When opened on a separate browser, it carries over what is opened on the initial browser - cannot work on more than one thing when using WebPT on different browsers. When trying to use two screens, everything still carries over which can be more time consuming than utilizing one screens information to complete more/other information on a second or third tab/screen.

I would choose and recommend WebPT to others for how easy it is to navigate and how reliable it is when storing important and confidential information. What's super helpful as well is being able to backtrack cancellations and no show appointments even after removing from the schedule/calendar. This has helped me track the records of our practice.

This could very much be a personal opinion but the colors on the schedule that define the types and categories of insurance listed for a patient, the amount of colors seen on one screen can be very odor me personally. I also found it overwhelming to have a weeks schedule prompted on one screen, it would be way too mushed together that it becomes illegible.
I think more neutral colors would help a lot if I were able to actually customize this product in a way that would be less overwhelming for me. I definitely think there should be a way to not make a week's worth of schedule on one screen seem so compressed and hard to read l, maybe the font or size?
