Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

I use WebPT mainly for documentation purposes but also scheduling and sup management. I also use the HEP aspect for patient education.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Let’s you do templates
  • Can use on multiple devices

Cons

  • Reliability (freezes up a lot)
  • More communication with standards that change
  • Insurance regulations
  • Improved outcomes
  • Less denials (do not have to addend notes as much).
A little of apples to oranges because that documentation system is geared more towards the home health market vs WebPT which is more outpatient based.

Webpt handles a lot of duties and continues to expand their portfolio. We are able to utilize their services for a variety of functions that helps our medical business grow.

Really ease of use because all of our users have ability to reproduce functions in other facilities. It is not hard to use and has education/support to help if need be.
Really not much, continue to give feedback so their functions get better.

WebPT Implementation

The first set up was easy, the hardest part has been migrating new companies over to ours.
Change management was minimal - Just to make sure that you have the right people in the right positions and keep communication/support close.

WebPT Support

Right now they are understaffed and it can take awhile for support to get back to your case. Eventually, it will get answered or to the right person.
