Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for our division, which consists of approximately 25 members.
Before implementing Wrike, we were not able to see who is responsible for what project. The big problem was that we could not see who was working on what kind of tasks after we started working remotely due to covid-19.
Now using Wrike, leaders can see all the tasks and plans that members have, and we can even visualize how we spend our working hour with graphs.
  • Plan and share the tasks that employees are going to have
  • Analyze how employees spend time during their working hour
  • Can use task as a white board that can be seen by any members
  • Can generate repetitive tasks automatically but time track must be set manually
  • Gantt chart is not really easy to use
  • Integrating functions with other application (Google, Microsoft) is not free
  • Increased time to manage tasks every morning
  • Increased time to input time tracks
  • Decreased time to visualize how the working hour was used by Microsoft Excel
Trello is a good tool to visualize how many and what kind of tasks we have, plus it is mostly free. Trello, however, does not offer a time tracking function, so if we chose Trello we would have had to install another time tracking tool separately.
Wrike, on the other hand, offers time tracking and data visualization functions, therefore it is very suitable for people who are looking for a comprehensive management tool, not only for managers, but also for all the employees.
If you are familiar with computers or smartphones and use them every day, there would not be any difficulties when you started using Wrike. It is very simple and easily understandable tool, but when you use it in a team with people who are not so good at that kind of thing, maybe you should make an instruction guide and hold followup trainings for better usage.
They have a community site for Wrike users. Most of the questions on how to use this tool can be solved on that site, since there are experienced Wrike users who are keen to let us know useful tips. It is also possible for us to suggest new functions on that site, but unfortunately, many of them are judged not feasible due to technical issues.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is a good tool to manage tasks and plans for yourself and your team, however when many of the employees start using it, the instructions and rules have to be well prepared, otherwise all the layout will be messy and data analysis is not possible.
Wrike itself is a very useful and easy tool to use, but at first you have to work on how to implement it for your team appropriately, just like when you install other new tools.
