Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is being used as our primary project management software. We use it to manage client implementations and utilize the reports and dashboards to track and measure KPIs. It's being used across our entire organization; we have over 700 users in Wrike. It addresses the need for transparency across projects and departments. The communication functions within Wrike are fantastic, and our users love how easy they are to use and learn.

We use both Mavenlink and Microsoft Teams along with Wrike. We find other tools like Teams are better at document management and sharing, and our entire company has access. With Wrike, we have to add users to the platform. We use Mavenlink to track client hours and have some integrations built in.
It takes some time for a user to use Wrike to its full potential. Once the user learns, it's easy to use Wrike and see its benefits. I love being able to create a task directly from an email in Outlook. I love the Chrome extension that keeps my to-do list front and center. There are a ton of options in Wrike, and once your company establishes how it will be used, it's a great add to your project management needs, intake request form needs, and more.
Amazing support. The support center is prompt and thorough every time no matter the day or time. We appreciate their willingness to work with all users in our company and resolve our questions immediately. We have a dedicated CSM who is transparent and shares updates with us. She attends our subject matter expert internal group and our governance group to listen and give us support.

Would you buy Wrike again?


Wrike is great for managing any project, no matter the size. Creating tasks, due dates, rearranging, and adding dependencies is super easy. Managing projects across one team or many teams, it doesn't matter. Wrike makes it so easy to collaborate.

Wrike is less suited for those who may experience resistance to learn how to use a new tool from users.
