Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use it in the global enterprise for Project Management task tracking of small to large initiatives. It is one of the PMO tools that allows for online visibility of Project status and tracking. We also leverage it for the alerting and task triggering capabilities.
- Online tool to create and track project tasks.
- Online shareable visibility of Project tasks status and progress.
- Some online road mapping capabilities, via add hoc open source functionalities.
- Email alerting- would be nice to be able to respond to task alert emails directly, without having the alert email prompting you to log into the app and manually enter in your status updates.
- No real baselining functionality.
- Gannt chart graphics are limited.
- Project/task tracking.
- Online Portfolio visibility.
- Email alert triggering of assigned tasks.
- Unified tool for the PMO.
- License cost are high.
- Project setup is timely.
On a scale from 1 to 10, Wrike is a 7. It does online Agile PM tracking but has limited baselining, RoadMapping, and Gannt functionality.
