Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for a variety of external request forms, that we then internally manage amongst different teams to efficiently allocate work and prioritize tasks. It's used by multiple departments, with greatest buy in and usage from our Marketing team, and has helped increase our organization and workload management. It's taken many tasks that usually get lost in email, and put them into a clean, easy platform.
  • Giving stakeholders a form to submit requests.
  • Easy to manage backend that is flexible and dynamic.
  • Integration with other existing systems (Jira, Slack).
  • Increased integrations across other systems.
  • Task management features.
  • Request form functionality.
  • Increase in efficiency.
  • Decrease in emails.
Jira, Slack, email, Trello.

I've found Wrike is the most flexible, user friendly, and enjoyable to use.

Slack, Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft)
It's great for managing a lot of deliverables/attachments and different stakeholders. It's very good for creating task boards and assigning work and checking on progress.

It's less good at visualizing outputs and easily seeing workload and workflow analytics.
