I am currently using Wrike to manage social media projects for my organization. Wrike is used across the entire Marketing department by employees across the globe. It solves the communication problem of marketing employees in multiple time zones. Instead of sending emails or conducting virtual meetings, we are able to stay organized using Wrike to manage our marketing projects.

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is great for project management where communication and collaboration are needed between at least two people. It's also good for keeping track of projects, even if only one person is involved in the project. Wrike is not the best tool when a live discussion is needed between team members like for a brainstorming session.

Our marketing team uses this tool every day and we love that it helps us streamline our marketing processes. Without Wrike we would be wasting time because we would need to have more meetings and send more emails. With Wrike it is easier for our global team to communicate with each other no matter what timezone we're in.

Evaluating Wrike and Competitors

  • Ease of Use
The most important factor in our decision to use Wrike was that it was easy to learn and use for our global marketing team members.
