Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our team uses Wrike as the main source for all project tracking, communication, approvals, project information, and revisions. Our whole agency uses it so we can access and check on projects that we collaborate on.
Wrike Forms have helped other teams put in creative requests to us, and we can then organize those tasks into our sprints and add the requester as a follower so they can follow along with the project's progress.
Wrike has helped us communicate project status between different teams and divisions in the agency. We also use it as a way to give feedback on projects and make comments on roadblocks and status, so the whole team is on the same page. The tagging function helps us notify key players to make changes if needed quickly and seamlessly.
The workflow feature has also given us the ability to create our own unique workflow to ensure every step in our internal process is followed and nothing is left out. We have customized the flow with content approvals from our director so he gets notified and can approve assets quickly.

Personally, I have worked the most with Asana (almost four years). I love Asana, and I think their platform is really beautiful and user-friendly. It has a great UX and design to it, so as a creative, I favor it over the rest of the project management software. monday.com is simple and can do the same things for project management, same with ClickUp. However, functionally Wrike has a more robust custom functionality than any other project management system I have used. Wrike can do more, but because of this, it can get confusing to learn all the great things about it, but once you have mastered the system, it really can do everything you need and would ever want.
