Not great not terrible.
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Intake forms for design and editorial processes, tracking workflows and team bandwidth, file sharing (internal only), content approvals among team members but not with leadership, content calendar tracking, and oversight for a small editorial team are about it.
Pros
- Calendar views.
- Intake form options.
- Simple and easy to understand UI.
Cons
- Everything is so manual; it would be nice to have more automated processes or templates without setting up a bot.
- Integration with other tools like OneDrive, PowerBI, Sharepoint, etc.
- Made it easier to track requests via intake forms.
- Assignment tracking was difficult because there is no view that lets me see things according to who’s working on them.
We did not use AI tools.
They all have pros and cons, but Workfront is the most robust, while Asana is the middle ground for affordability that meets all our teams’ needs.
