Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike in our company in a variety of ways, each of them impactful in their own way. Individuals can use Wrike to manage their daily to do's or as a week by week note taking depository. Individuals can roll up their daily to dos up to the teams objectives that are also in Wrike. Finally, Wrike is great for large scale multi team projects where we can work in public and know where progress is made or potential roadblocks can occur.

Pros

  • Task Tracking.
  • Document Handling.
  • Assigning Work.
  • Cross-Team Collaborative Work.

Cons

  • Version Control.
  • Reporting.
  • Third Party Integrations.
  • Easy to review the list of priorities/requests.
  • Task Tracking for teams, larger team projects.
  • Reports on workload.
Wrike has helped us turn notes into To Do's, which has been helpful as a jumping-off point for project next steps. By analyzing notes from meetings, we can, with the AI assistance, begin to form next steps on a project, some of which we may have thought of on our own.
I was the lucky inheritor of many of these workflows and task automations when I joined the team, and was blown away by what was available compared to what I had in the past. Working with any creative or marketing team can be challenging for a sales team; for example, you may not always know how they operate or what they prefer in terms of formatting requests. Wrike makes this crazy easy by having groups of tasks or requests pre-formatted and ready to flow into other teams' work queues.
Wrike is great for large corporate teams, on par with Asana. I did not have the choice in Wrike, and was initially skeptical after coming from an Asana company but I have been pleasantly surprised in my year+ of using the platform. Wrike is better for cross team projects where teams can control their individual space but also have tasks "live" in two places at once. Asana at least at the time I used it struggled in this area.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is well-suited for larger teams that require multiple workspaces and engage in cross-team collaborative work. It works really well in an enterprise environment where there is a lot going on and it can be difficult to keep track of everything all at once. Wrike may be overkill for smaller teams or individuals looking to manage a new side hustle, but it can still be effectively used.
