Wufoo is a great and simple form/survey tool
Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
Our use of Wufoo is really quite simple. We use it to create a form and embed it in our website where it serves the purpose of being our contact form. The person who wants to contact us fill this contact form and Wufoo automatically send us an e-mail with all the information that the said person filled out.
Pros
- Great integration with websites via code
- Simple and clean interface for creating forms
- The design of the final form in the website is not fancy but is minimalistic, so it can be used across a great variety of webdesigns
Cons
- As I said before, the design of the final form is not so fancy, so it could provide better form design options.
- I'm using the free version, but if the starter version was cheaper, maybe we could pay for its features.
- It has a positive impact because it was used as the contact form by contacts that ended up doing business with us.
- We use the free version, so in terms of investment it cannot have a negative impact.
I think out of these apps, Wufoo and SurveyMonkey maybe are the ones with more robust and complex features. But neither has a design so beautiful as Typeform, nor the simplicity of creating and answering surveys in Google Forms. Usually I use:
- Typeform for small and more visual surveys.
- Google Forms for longer surveys.
- Wufoo for website contact forms.
- Typeform for small and more visual surveys.
- Google Forms for longer surveys.
- Wufoo for website contact forms.
