Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®
We use Xactly Incent for our recurring monthly commission/bonus calculations. This includes timely reporting and assistance with dispute resolution. As such, Xactly offering personalized access based on role and the ability to impersonate for trouble shooting has made it an invaluable tool for us.
Pros
- Versioning for audit purposes
- Impersonation to assist with troubleshooting
- Robust analytics for adhoc deliverables
Cons
- More flexibility in versioning
- Weak functionality of the Objectives Tool and how it interacts with Incent
- Good visibility regarding component effectiveness through attainment/incentives generated.
We compare our YTD analytics to ascertain if our desired behaviors are being achieved, coupled with our validation our expenses are aligned with our original budget expectations.
We currently do not use Xactly for territory/quota planning. Our business is in early stage of using Xactly Incent. The immediate focus is on timely and accurate compensation administration. We will likely be focusing on Xactly solutions to assist with design and strategy in the next couple of years.
With data integration, our Close schedule has been reduced to 7-10 days.
