Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®
Xactly Incent calculates our commission compensation for roughly 150-200 sales reps a month. The software replaced Excel and the need to send manual Excel statements monthly. The sales reps can also view their comp in real-time versus waiting for weeks after the month's end.

We create a comparison of revenue and margin based on the data output from Xactly Incent. It helps us understand which customers need flat payout exceptions. It also helps us dial in our guarantees for a new hire.
We are currently not using Xactly Incent for this.
We have our file transmitted through FTP but otherwise we are linked with anything.

Captivate was on the list, but Xactly Incent was more flexible. Xactly Incent fits our needs better based on a demo. Otherwise, we have only used Excel.

We did and we have a TAM contract.
We were having issues with the FTP file. Everyone came together to work with our IT department in record time. The issue was on our end and yet Xactly still provided their time and resources. We needed immediate resolution to hit payroll. It was really nice to have everyone come together so quickly.
