Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Xactly has the abiltiy to process mass amounts of data in an incredibly fast amount of time. No knowledge of programming is needed and it is fairly easy to use once you understand the mechanics of it. Our Customer Success Manager, is extremely helpful and is of great support any time we need help with tickets, general questions, or best practices. Even when she doesn't know the answer she is very quick to find an answer or recommend a solution.

More training that is freely available as the cost of classes is expensive and should be included in cost of maintaining and usage. When admins are not highly trained, it diminishes adoptation from the business.

The time savings of having this integegration is immense. We are quickly able to capture changes and seamlessly have these changes flow through all affected individuals decreasing payment inaccuracies seen in the past.

Adoption

Accounting is using CEA for commission entries. Revenue Operations will begin using Analystics in the upcoming year.

Likelihood to Recommend

Xactly Incent works well when comp plans are static and not changing frequently (less than annually). It is a great Enterprise solution that allows API connections to many different sources. When partnered with CEA, the accounting counterpoint, it can greatly bridge gaps between adminstration and accounting.
