Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it primarily for our marketing and advertising team. It connects software so that we can accurately measure the success of campaigns as well as seamlessly connect software for data transfer (i.e. - lead fills out a form and is pushed directly into a CRM).

Pros and Cons

Connects software together.
Easy implementation.
Makes finding your software easy, and if it is not there you find that out pretty fast as well.

Support can be somewhat cumbersome at times to get ahold of.

Return on Investment

It has allowed us to connect to clients' CRMs when they get new leads, further entrenching our abilities to be more than just marketers.

I highly recommend Zapier because it solves a lot of issues that you wouldn't otherwise find a solution to. In the past, you would have to wait for individual companies to develop integrations with each other, which is still the best in my opinion, but Zapier is leaps and bounds ahead of the individual integrations. They make it very easy for us to find solutions we otherwise wouldn't be able to solve.
