Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With Zoho Analytics, we are able to connect all our analytics data like social media handles, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, and we are able to see that from one single dashboard. It helped us to see the bigger picture (visualization) in one place, and also it's easy to manage. Business decisions like where we stand, respect for other companies, the statistics we can improve upon, and reports to show our c-suite so they can get a picture of their business and how it is performing. It is helping us to feed data from different sources and also helping us to keep them handy in a central place. It also helps us to use that data to present someone (reporting) thanks to its awesome visuals.

We were in a pretty early stage; it would be awesome if we answered this question in a year or so.

Usability

I have used better analytic software; it has a lot to improve, starting from the UX. From the usage POV, I personally think, based on the functionality, it is pretty neat. But from a UX perspective, it can improve a lot. Also, it can add a lot of new functionality and also feature its capabilities at the top.

Scalability

They are on the absolute right path; just improve the quality of the product, provide better customer support and UX, that's all. The functionality of their tools is top-notch. Nothing to complain about, to be honest. For the scalability thing, if the customer gets better support and the right price, boom, you are perfect from a business perspective.

It will be awesome if it is able to show us some competitor landscapes so as a company, people can understand what they should work on. Based on the data, it's pretty obvious if we make the right decisions, we can accelerate the weak points; based on the data sources if we can suggest the business pain points that a company can focus on.
