Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Zoho Analytics has been really helpful because of its data visualization as it provides different charts, graphs and customizable reports using which which we build all the necessary that we need to look on a daily basis. Also it was easy to integrate with Zoho CRM so getting all the information from analytics to CRM had a great impact.

Pros

  • We created customizable reports, which were required by our company, using different views.
  • We created different dashboards as we needed to look on the insights on a daily basis, how the specific branches are going on.
  • Integration with the other zoho applications was real easy, as we integrated it with zoho CRM and the UI is so easy that we were able to setup on our own.

Cons

  • You need to study alot before using Zoho Analytics as its not a basic software, also you need a good internet connection as its cloud based,
  • Sometimes Its quite difficult to get support for Zoho Analytics and it may take more time for your issue to get resolved, as they may not able to solve the issue immediately, will provide you ticket ID.
  • Dashboard gets hanged with heavily loaded data, and sometimes it won't open.
  • It had a positive impact on the business as they were struggling with the employee performance if they are meeting the demands which got solved
  • Also payment tracking and other business metrics data were on point.
  • Integration with CRM helped to analyze data from multiple sources.
  • So the return on investment has been substantial, as it saved a lot of my time and improved the overall business efficiency.
A it solved all the areas that we were lagging and we had all the reports that we required ona monthly basis and got to see all the payments that were coming on daily basis and we could keep a note of each and everything. So the cost of it has exceeded my expectations.
The product is really good, solves all the business analytic problems, but its slow need good internet connection and a good customer support team, if this is resolved, It will be the best application then.
Other Analytic softwares doesn't provide half of the features that Zoho Analytics provides, and they are not that cheap too, Making custom reports seems very easy in Zoho Analytics but found hard in other software's, and UI is easy to understand, Also Zoho Analytics provide all the database to learn each and everything.

As I said for detailed analytic view of your business, Zoho Analytics is based as excel sheets or other platform's doesn't provide all those things that Zoho Analytics provides, Those custom reports, dashboards with different views is brilliant, But they need to make the application faster and get the issues resolved on a immediate basis.
