Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Use it for internal reporting of all the applications we use such as Zoho CRM, Desk, Survey. We also import data from our own system and combine with CRM customer data and create external reports and dashboards for our clients.

Pros

  • Easy integrations with many Zoho and 3rd party systems.
  • Ability to create different formula and aggregate formula fields
  • connecting tables from various sources

Cons

  • Ability to change a report from one type to another without recreating it.
  • Ability to scale higher without the need to count the amount of utilized rows
  • Better looking graphs and reports and more options.
  • Being this is part of Zoho One makes this a great value, especially when using multiple applications.
  • Creating Sales Dashboards internally for our team and resellers and then sharing them is an invaluable tool and increases productivity by at least 70%
  • Being able to merge 3rd party data like our own internal application with Zoho Data quickly is a big advantage.
Getting started with reporting and navigating to what you need is simple and intuitive. Getting Data into analytics to use from existing Zoho systems is also quick and easy.
The AI analysis is not always great and requires correction and changes to be useful. I think it's a good start in order to get initial data.
While Tableau may have more versatility and visual appeal, it requires the addition of a database to store all the data you want to report on, is more complex to get setup and working correctly, and is also more expensive overall. Zoho Analytics is an all in one package that's easier to use and get started as well as more affordable.

Do you think Zoho Analytics delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Zoho Analytics's feature set?

Yes

Did Zoho Analytics live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Zoho Analytics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Zoho Analytics again?

Yes

Any reporting with data from other Zoho applications is where analytics is an easy winner. The integration is built in, data is updated frequently and reports are easy to build. The main area for improvement would be just visually providing a larger variety of report types and customizations on how reports are displayed.

Using Zoho Analytics

100 - Sales, Marketing, Exec Team, Customer Support
3 - Analytical skills and ability to look at and understand data and statistics. Basic knowledge of queries and filtering logic..
  • Sales pipeline reports
  • Customer Success Performance metrics
  • Delivery date for clients
  • Joining CRM, Desk, and our own delivery data to build a customer dashboard
  • Customer Dashboard using whitelabel solutions embedded in our backend system
  • Predictive analysis using AI
  • Support ticket predictive issues and spikes using AI
Analytics provides good data and is easy to use and quick to build a report or dashboard. However because it also stores data and we constantly add data it does start to get expensive based on row count..
