Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is the most customisable CRM available as per my opinion. Now they have brought in new way to create your own reports. Zoho is being used to manage the leads and convert them to clients. Zoho also lets us use web hooks and APIs to communicate with different apps. We have tried other CRM as well but Zoho CRM is very intuitive. One more thing worth mentioning is their mobile app even tracks the call you get from customers so our team does not have to enter it separately.

Cons
- As of now their are all possibilities with custom fields.
- It should have automated emails function.
- It should have something to communicate with WhatsApp also.
- Very positive, it brings back all investment easily.
- Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports), Zoho Books, Airtable, Trello, Jira Software and Microsoft Visual Studio Code
Zoho CRM is very easy to use our team was very happy after implantation.
