Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is the most customisable CRM available as per my opinion. Now they have brought in new way to create your own reports. Zoho is being used to manage the leads and convert them to clients. Zoho also lets us use web hooks and APIs to communicate with different apps. We have tried other CRM as well but Zoho CRM is very intuitive. One more thing worth mentioning is their mobile app even tracks the call you get from customers so our team does not have to enter it separately.
  • Mobile app phone tracking.
  • Leads follow-up.
  • Adding custom fields.
  • As of now their are all possibilities with custom fields.
  • It should have automated emails function.
  • It should have something to communicate with WhatsApp also.
  • Very positive, it brings back all investment easily.
Because I feel Zoho gives us all possibilities which we think, even the help section has explained us too many new concepts about CRM. Support is very prompt.
Zoho CRM is very easy to use our team was very happy after implantation.

Especially suited for mobile phone tracking for staff, also there is a record facility which lets us record the meetings we discuss with clients.

There has never been a time when Zoho has not responded to our questions. We even had some video calls with them earlier while implementation. They did their best.
