Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used for managing outbound B2B sales and business development activities. We even pull in financial details like aging invoices into CRM so we have a full picture of the customer relationship. It is integrated with ZoomInfo and HubSpot for improved data flow and consistency. We switched from Salesforce.

It is very easy to use and set up initially. There is an extensive network of partners to assist if needed.
