Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use CRM Plus for access to CRM, Campaign, Analytics, Desk, Social, and SalesIQ. Additionally, we use Zoho Bookings, Cliq, Flow, and Forms.

The UI is easy to navigate. People that have come from Salesforce tend to like it. I have to dock them a point for being a bit overwhelming for some users because of the number of options
