Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM as a general Customer Service tool to manage leads, contacts, and custom business processes.

The system is very user-friendly and the GUI is customizable. The granular permissions make setting up different groups of users quick and easy.
Zoho CRM is configurable but not as complex or as complicated as some of the other CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. The settings are logically organized and the help documentation is complete
Zoho CRM includes the majority of Salesforce functionality at a fraction of the cost.

Zoho CRM is a great all-around CRM system and a great alternative to more expensive solutions like Salesforce. If you do not need the specific functionalities that Salesforce provides or the Force.com platform, Zoho CRM is a great choice.
