Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Cheap, effective CRM with tons of add-ons. We also use Zoho Campaigns in tandem. Also easy, cheap, and effective. Good reporting integration even at lower package levels.

Great! Room for improvement in various parts, but for the price, as compared to HubSpot or Salesforce, you can't go wrong with it!
Depends on what you're trying to do. Pipeline easy to set up and use. Doing some simple such as creating an auto email for new newsletter signup (Zoho Campaigns) and then adding those contacts to CRM should be doable in fewer steps and without having to create a sequence. CRM Forms are unbelievably un-customizable, so I guess they are trying to make you purchase Zoho Forms.
Hubspot is way too expensive. Todoist has actually made my life easier as I manually enter leads and actions items together. Depends on the person and org complexity. Bigger companies need a CRM like Zoho.

Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager, Canva, Zoho Campaigns
GREAT for small businesses and startups. Recommended it to a client who purchased Enterprise. Scalable platform and good customer support. Not sure where the platform is not appropriate as they have tons of add-ons.
