Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Cheap, effective CRM with tons of add-ons. We also use Zoho Campaigns in tandem. Also easy, cheap, and effective. Good reporting integration even at lower package levels.

- Email campaigns have grown in open and click rate. Visually appealing. Easy to use.
- Easily identify lead source with custom fields
- Multiple views for sales pipelines depending on personal preference
- HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub and Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager
Hubspot is way too expensive. Todoist has actually made my life easier as I manually enter leads and actions items together. Depends on the person and org complexity. Bigger companies need a CRM like Zoho.
