Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Our client used Excel to manage their members (organizations) and their respective statuses for many years. They wanted to track all active members, prospects, as well as expired members and what type of membership each of them is. They also wanted to keep track of the users and their contacts for each member.
Pros
- Has a variety of features
- Fields are all customizable and is pretty flexible
Cons
- The admin UX (the interface that allows us to customize the fields, and configuration of the CRM) is pretty old school, from the stone age. It's also very slow.
- They market them to be able to integrate with many 3rd party applications. But the integrations are not detailed enough and lack customization there. It wouldn't close the loop for us to fully integrate it with our client's website.
- Increased member retention rates
- Improved automation for membership renewal
- Better management of key contacts
Zoho CRM overall seems like a cheaper option, and does most of what we needed for our project.
