Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM for all our client needs including proposals. CRM is a great tool to keep everything organized and efficient. We use a lot of workflows with many other applications to systemize many tasks.
  • Keeps all our clients information organized
  • Many integrations are available to make our jobs easier
  • Very helpful for our sales team
  • It would be great if there were more sorting options with the columns
  • Creating a work flow is difficult unless you have lots of programming experience
  • I would be nice if the email creating process was more user-friendly
  • ZOHO CRM saves a lot of time by having all the information needed in one place.
  • Great for systemizing work tasks.
  • Excellent for organizing different clients in different countries.
There are many ways to accomplish the same results. It takes time to learn how to use it efficiently.
Lots of options to customize, but one needs lots of knowledge to great workflows.

Zoho CRM is a great product for any size business. In combination with Zoho One, the options are endless for integrations, customizations, and automations. We have been using Zoho CRM for many years, and it has greatly helped us to grow our business and streamline many tasks. I highly recommend any business owner to check it out to see if this would work for their business.
