Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We are using Zoho CRM as a company-wide CRM tool. We are an international company with head offices in 6 countries. We. use Zoho CRM for our sales, emails, and supply chain. although we for support we have another tool.

- Due to great sales pipelines and automation our sales are able to reduce 30% of the time it was taking to close the deals.
- The adaptability for new team members is been really smooth. it has very friendly interface. Team members are quite fast to get onboard.
- We were using Salesforce before, The cost compare to that is significant. We have total reduction of 60 % of costs of CRM yearly.
- Custom object functionality is really limited. we sometimes have to fix related problem outside Zoho CRM.
Sales cycle is been part so far for us using Zoho CRM. it reduces the time to close on a deal through various automation and alerts for team if there is action needed.
Overall Zoho CRM is great. It might not be the best CRM but if you compare the price difference, i think Zoho CRM does wonders. I ll not line it up in the same position with Salesforce and Hubspot but it is full full-capacity CRM. If they add AI capabilities and add more functionality with custom objects it ll really help businesses to achieve more.
