Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

We are using Zuora as our subscription management and billing system. It solves the following problems:

1. Building customized quotes with ease.
2. Ease of integration with Sertifi (e-signature) and Salesforce.
3. Ability to create volume and tiered pricing.
4. Ability to manage one time, recurrent and usage payments effortlessly.
5. Call out options to our product.
  • Awesome reporting mechanism
  • Excellent customer support.
  • Trustworthy product. The system is consistently stable and we have never seen any downtime.
  • Need the ability to control the flow of removing and updating amendments when doing it from Salesforce. It is pain in the butt to ask our account managers to follow specific steps.
  • There is no option for randomly creating a one time invoice for a customer.
  • Need to have a call out when we change a service activation date.
Most of our use cases have been met only by Zuora. We based our decision on the following factors:
1. Choosing the software that meets 80-90% of our needs.
2. Awesome customer support
3. Who is innovating consistently
4. Ease of integration with other software products
5. Flexible price based on the growth
If you are looking for more subscription management and less billing management then Zuora is well suited. If you are looking for a stand-alone application for subscription management then Zuora is well suited. If you are integrating with your internal system then Zuora has a complex integration procedure. If you are using Salesforce and Sertifi then Zuora is well suited.
