It is a really helpful tool for home office jobs, but it has some bugs that can be fixed. In general, we have been working with it for years, and we are not thinking of changing the software. Also, the customer service team is efficient; we have opened some tickets, and they have been solved on time, and they are really kind.

Activity Trends--You can see what types of programs, trends or content effect users.
Motivation--Users have access to their productivity dashboards and metrics compared against other users, and it can increase motivation through friendly competition.
A more detailed explanation is required when updating specific titles within the system. For instance, total time has recently become "screen time". An email notification of this change and its implications would have gone a long way.

I am having a problem with its customer support. [I feel it is] one of the worst customer service I have gone through for the longest time. They did not even know about their own platform, response time is late and there is no such name of help from their side what so ever which makes it a very difficult platform to use.

ActivTrak is a great product that just keeps growing. Having used it for quite some time, we have been able to see ActivTrak grow and evolve as a product. I give it 9 because it is really good for time tracking and managing remote teams. It helps me to manage my team very efficiently. Still, prices are high, so don't give 10. I've never had any issues and always received proper support. They let you know in advance when they'll be in maintenance and it's always in odd hours, so it's good. You still can use it when they are maintaining it.

Support is always fast and the agents are ready at all times to help when an issue arises, if the tier 1 agent isn't able to provide a solution to the issue they're asked about they quickly escalate the issue to tier 2 or 3 to ensure that the appropriate support is given to the issue at hand to have it quickly solved. No issue we've had so far has taken more than two days to be solved.

Hubstaff has always responded to support requests in a timely manner and has kept me in the loop of changes. When contacting them about future changes/features they've always been upfront on whether that is a change they are looking to make and when that change may occur. Finally, if the person I have communicated with was unable to resolve, they always escalated to the next best person who can answer/resolve.

I am unsure, to be honest. I have not had much exposure to different productivity software. I lucked out by using Active Trak first. I do not feel the need to investigate or review other productivity software. I would recommend ActiveTrak to other companies, users, or those searching for productivity software.

Teramind is easy simple easy to navigate through with and intuitive and powerful user interface offering dashboard rich features and excellent video and screen recording and being able to hind log out access which makes it the smart monitoring tool than any other products. Hubstaff has enabled us to quickly identify drops in engagement or output, or just poor performance due to not caring so we can move on instead of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
