Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

ActivTrak is being used by our organization to monitor our employee’s productivity and usage patterns. ActivTrak helps us address the issue of employees working too much or too little and running the risk of burnout. We are also able to use ActivTrak to pick the best times for departmental and companywide meetings.

We have been able to spot individuals in our workforce that needed support in one way or another. We did not use AvtivTrak to just focus the individuals who were on the lower end of the spectrum, but also those who were at a high risk of burnout. We were able to see day or day and week over week who was in need of support.
Given the current work from home situation, we were able to use the insights that we gained from ActivTrak to help us better manage our workforce. One of the things that ActivTrak allowed us to do was to ditch the typical work day and allow some of our workforce to have more flexible day. Some people who had children were able to work 'as needed' and not be stuck to a 'normal' schedule.
We just really liked the ActivTrak product from top to bottom. Our ActivTrak sales team was very helpful in getting the product off the ground. ActivTrak pre-sales was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and their support was able to get our tech questions answered. The ActivTrak software also checked all our boxes.
ActivTrak is useful for a company of any size that is looking to monitor employee productivity. ActivTrak is also very useful in gaining insights into employee work patterns, application usage, and focus. ActivTrak may not be useful to accompany that does not want to dig to deep into employee activities.

Yes - The mobile interface is good to get the data you need. I would not recommend it for any larger jobs.
ActivTrak is a great product that just keeps growing. Having used it for quite some time, we have been able to see ActivTrak grow and evolve as a product. The ActivTrak webinars are also helpful to get to know and learn the product. ActivTrak really just works with little effort needed after the initial installation.
