The best productivity software on the market!

We have been using ActivTrak for a few years now. Mainly we started using it during COVID as a way to make sure people working remotely were staying on task. Today we continue to use it a lot for our remote work force that has grown in the last couple years. It is the best tool I have used for monitoring and tracking productivity. We use it as a positive way to coach people who may not be producing as much as they should.

View and watch end users to see if they need help focusing or directing them in a positive way to get them motivated. Keeping someone motivated also keeps them focused and happy. When we use the tool in a positve matter it can really address issues and/or open lines of communication.

Regular meetings are the perfect opportunity to find out more about the needs of our teams, both as a unit and as individuals. Listen to the issues voiced at meetings and offer solutions to your employees. If your team feels valued and respected, they are less likely to burn out in the first place. And if they feel like you care, they may come to you when they really start to feel overwhelmed, giving you a chance to nip burnout in the bud before it begins.

We have many team members across the country. Using the technology that ActivTrak provides we can monitor and implement change more quickly and effectively. If a team member is not productive it can be looked into and addressed very quickly. The upper management of our company really like this quick response times to low productivity.
