Likelihood to Recommend This is excellent software if you wonder what your team is doing when you aren't there. If you want to improve your team's workflows and efficiencies so they get more done with less fatigue, this is a great thing to have. This is not spyware. It isn't designed to capture keystrokes. It is designed to help your team improve performance and for management to understand what they are doing and help them improve. If you want to micromanage your team, then don't use this.
Read full review Predictive Index has served us well so far in helping determine key personality traits of salespeople we hire. How will they sell? Is sales a good fit for them? We have not expanded to use it with other teams/depts yet. We primarily use the behavioral assessment (not cognitive).
Read full review Pros Detailed listings of actions at times. done by the second in many cases, very useful. the productive/unproductive listings allow managers at a glance to see their employees use of time Snapshots ( when properly utilized) are very helpful in troubleshooting, strange, occurrences, as well as they're used by Human resources. The IT help desk is very efficient. log in to your portal, bottom right, and in minutes your talking to someone. By being able to do this, I can more efficiently manage my potential candidates, rather that every time I go to review a position, having to make these individual selections each time. I would like the favorite icon and the pass icon to remain; however find it extraneous to have to sort through these candidates each time. The system collects and retain relevant historical data to be queried when you desire e.g. in security reviews once a week.

Read full review Usability ActivTrak is a great product that just keeps growing. Having used it for quite some time, we have been able to see ActivTrak grow and evolve as a product. The ActivTrak webinars are also helpful to get to know and learn the product. ActivTrak really just works with little effort needed after the initial installation

Read full review Support Rating Support is always fast and the agents are ready at all times to help when an issue arises, if the tier 1 agent isn't able to provide a solution to the issue they're asked about they quickly escalate the issue to tier 2 or 3 to ensure that the appropriate support is given to the issue at hand to have it quickly solved. No issue we've had so far has taken more than two days to be solved.

I've also found support and implementation to be responsive with any questions related to the initial set up phase or for on going support. Overall we've been pleased with the support offered by Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We selected ActivTrak for the features we were looking for. One of the main reasons was the deployment for Chromebook's and of course the price. During our demo held with each party, we were impressed with presentation from ActivTrak. One thing we would've liked is for ActivTrak to also be available for deployment to Android phones.
Read full review The other assessments that we examined felt more like an SAT exam than a recruitment tool. The results were difficult for our managers to read through and understand. There were a lot of words, with very little actually being said. The PI was succinct and precise.

Trends for underperforming or underdeveloping users can be spotted, analyzed by managers, and used within their overall development management to help staff reach their best potential. Costing for targeted use is relatively low and therefore a "no brainer." Read full review The PI has been very helpful when analyzing employees. You cannot go wrong when you are able to see a candidate or employees work style. The ROI is very positive. A lot of companies have a specific culture that they are trying to create or adhere to.
