I love Agorapulse and truly find it to be incredibly useful for our company. We have two different websites so two different social media platforms for both of these. Meaning two Facebook pages, two Instagrams... therefore hard to manage sometimes. This allows us to view all new notifications through one platform. It has been a lifesaver for our marketing team.

- Customer Service - they have killer customer service. They are fast and super helpful, even when it is an issue with the social platform and not AP.
- Calendaring tool - ability to approve, send for approval, etc.
- Listening tool - ability to track mentions, tags, hashtags, etc.
- Reporting - they have really excellent reports that I pull on a weekly basis for clients.
- Tracks comments on ads you are running as well.
- Did I mention customer service?

- Content Calendar. It is easy to filter channels to get an overall look at what content is to post for any given channel.
- Customer Support. They are quick to respond/alert when something is down or if you need assistance with anything regarding their product.
- Organization. It is very easy to find what you are looking for. If there was a post that didn't go up, there is a place to find it and report it. If there was a task assigned to me, I know exactly where to go to complete it.

- The overall interface does not feel as polished as some larger, more expensive competitors.
- The original reports were adequate, but did not feel very polished. They just rolled out a new format that looks a lot better, but I haven't had time to fully evaluate it yet.

- I believe the user interface could be more user friendly.

Though it lacks some of the major functionality (in terms of ability to browse social profiles, time zones, and real-time updates), it is a well-priced solution that allows us to track the multiple businesses throughout North America that we work with. We also believe that the customer support has been quite good, so we are inclined to work with a company and product that have valued us as customers.

I have literally tried every single other scheduling app that out there and this platform is the best to view and keep scheduled posts up with ease.
