Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Agorapulse to schedule our content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for two brands, [...] and ]...]. In addition to content creation and scheduling, we also utlise social listening, inbox, and reporting. The reporting function easily allows us to see which posts have performed well and what we need to change, we can see the best time to post, popular types of post, and lots of details to help plan for most of the channels we use. We have two team members who use the platform daily and we've also made use of the shared calendar function for our manager to approve posts if necessary.

Return on Investment

We're able to campaign track through the use of labels, which shows us the impact of engagement through social without having to check each individual platform
Social listening on Instagram through hashtags has generated multiple leads for our business development follow up
The loss of X (formerly Twitter) for listening, inbox and reporting on our plan has meant that we've had to revert back to checking these social accounts directly and makes reporting harder/more laborious

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite, Adobe Express and Buffer

I think Agorapulse is by far the most comprehensive platform and user-friendly. In my experience, the support on hand is responsive and easy to speak with through the online chat. Hootsuite, Adobe Express, and Buffer seemed limited in what they offer in comparison, particularly Adobe Express and Buffer. Both these platforms were clunkier for us to use and didn't offer as much in terms of listening and reporting. We used Hootsuite a few years ago and moved away from it before we developed our strategy, planning and reporting for social, so it might have the same capabilities as Agorapulse but the support and usability do not match.

Usability

Agorapulse is an easy user-friendly platform. Their onboarding process provided us with great support and this has continued throughout. There is a web chat function available on the platform, which is easy to use and you tend to receive a response in a reasonable time. Every person I've spoken with has genuinely wanted to help. There is also a comprehensive knowledge base that is easy to search and answers/guides are written in a coherent way.

As stated before the support available on the platform is great and easy to access through their web chat feature. They also have lots of guides and a comprehensive knowledge base area that is very helpful. Every person I've spoken with has genuinely wanted to help and has been responsive.

Likelihood to Recommend

Agorapulse has been a huge benefit to us as a business and is the most comprehensive platform we've used, having previously been with Hootsuite and ContentCal. It is likely to be better for companies that are managing multiple social profiles and want to consolidate these into one manageable platform. Given the amount of features it provides, it might not be suitable for individuals. The reporting is a fantastic part of the platform, which includes brand awareness for certain profiles, the best time to post for engagement, and details that all help with strategising. The inbuilt link shortening and tracking is useful, we've set this up and need to explore its capabilities further. Overall, we would recommend Agorapulse and it's a great asset to our business.
