Attentive Mobile is great for those who actively want to build and talk to their community. The goal is to send two messages per week to optimize revenue while balancing out unsubscribes. If a client has trouble with content or finding appropriate marketing messages to send, Attentive Mobile might not be a good fit.

Braze is really well suited to a business or company that wants to utilize the canvas flow capability to build out various customer journeys for its users. Also, the simple-to-use interface is great for all levels of marketers and is accessible to anyone with a basic knowledge of CRM systems.

Very easy to set up flows and individual campaigns. Creating a segment is also very easy and all fields are very intuitive.

It's very simple to set up Braze with new API integrations to our internal systems which makes the sharing of data and the triggering of comms very straightforward. We also utilize custom events to trigger certain customer actions, so that we can trigger real-time comms - which is very simple to set up and execute.

Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.

Very responsive and helpful on simple questions, but not great other than that. They do not have a way for the customer/user to escalate a ticket. You have to contact your rep and in some cases, they don't respond within 24 hours so you have no idea if they have escalated it. There is no phone number for an urgent issue - you have to rely on email

  • Positive: A growth hacking experiment was proven successful in nudging users who abandoned their cart after checking out with a product/service and leaving their chart or 24 hours.
  • Positive: A growth hacking experiment was proven successful in nudging users whose credit card failed when trying to upgrade to a paid account.
  • Negative: With the plethora of teams (disciplines / business units / markets) with access to braze, it's easy to accidentally over-nurture users.
